Order P60

Important note. The blue landscape single part P60 as seen below will no longer be available from 2021 onwards. It will only be issued for tax years 2014-2020

The latest format which can be viewed below - Is the orange portrait single part P60 which will be issued from 2021 onwards.

For a P60 we require the additional information:

• Employer's full address including postcode
• Name of your employer's tax district
• Your employer's tax district number
• Gross salary paid in that financial year
